The Mabuwaya Foundation office is located at the campus of Isabela State University in Cabagan, Isabela Province in northeastern Luzon. Cabagan is a small town in the Cagayan valley along the National Highway. By bus, it takes about 10 (night) – 12 hours (day) to cover the 450 km from Manila to Cabagan.

Mabuwaya collaborates with Isabela State University in hosting (international) students who wish to conduct environmental field studies in northeast Luzon. Students are lodged in the International Student House. Mabuwaya volunteer staff are lodged in the Mabuwaya House. Both houses are located on the Isabela State University campus in Cabagan.
